So the talking stops and we start to see if the hard work has paid off. What I do know is it will be a tough season. Hopefully it will be rewarding as well.

One thing is for sure we are building strong teams within all areas of the club.

There are still lots more challenges that face us, but we face a bright future where local people play and watch rugby at Monks Lane.

I am thrilled with the team spirit in the club, we need to build on the progress together and accept that it will not all change on day one, we should keep pushing forward with realism.
